A percentage of what is actually collected, agreed in writing before we start. If it is not collected, there is no fee: our incentive matches yours.
You will see it on day one in your portal, not at month end. We pursue collection, apply the late fee your lease sets, and keep you informed at every step before escalating.
Yes. Your portal is always available and shows the same data we see. There is no version for you and another one internally.
The notice period is in the agreement. When it ends we hand over the complete file: leases, inspections, collection history and balances.
